Article 1.　For the purpose of covering the deficit in the Coal Distribution Kodan, the Government is authorized to grant the amount within the limit of 4,357,000,000 yen from the General Account to the said Kodan in the fiscal year 1950-51.

Article 2.　Regardless of the provisions of Article 19 paragraph 5 of the Grocery Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.201 of 1947), Article 19 paragraph 5 of the Feed Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.202 of 1947) and Article 20 paragraph 5 of the Coal Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.56 of 1947), the Grocery Distribution Kodan and the Feed Distribution Kodan may use their surpluses for the fiscal year 1949-50 and its ensuing fiscal years, and the Coal Distribution Kodan may use its surpluses for the fiscal year 1948-49 and its ensuing fiscal years, respectively, for the purpose of covering the deficits in the Kodans concerned with the approval of the Minister of Finance.
