I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply.

Law for Partial Amendment to the Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply
The Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply (Law No.46 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
"1948 and 1949" shall be amended as "the fiscal years, 1948-49, 1949-50, and 1950-51."
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
