Law for Partial Amendments to the Postal Money Order Law
The Postal Money Order Law (Law No.59 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 20 paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows, and paragraph 3 shall be deleted:
In case a remitter or payee was unable to make an application for the payment or the repayment of the amount of money order within the period of validity under the preceding paragraph owing to causes not attributable to him, the period during which he could not make the application due to the said causes, shall not be counted into the period of validity under the same paragraph. The same shall apply to the period of delay in the payment or repayment of the amount of money order in the case provided for in Article 15.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
