Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Establishment of Inferior Courts and their Territorial Jurisdiction
The Law for the Establishment of Inferior Courts and their Territorial Jurisdiction (Law No.63 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In the column of name of Annexed Table No.4, "Obi Summary Court" shall be amended as "Nichinan Summary Court," and in the column of locality of the same Table, "Obi-machi, Minaminaka-gun, Miyazaki Prefecture" shall be amended as "Nichinan City," and "Nakatombetsu-mura, Esashi-gun, Hokkaido" as "Nakatombetsu-machi, Esashi-gun, Hokkaido."
In the column of territorial jurisdiction of the Kawaguchi Summary Court in the Annexed Table No.5, "Yazuka-machi Soka-machi Shinden-mura," and in the column of territorial jurisdiction of the Omiya Summary Court in the same Table, "Kasukabe-machi" and "Takesato-mura" shall be deleted, and in the column of territorial jurisdiction of the Kuki Summary Court in the same Table, "Hikachi-mura" shall be amended as "Hikachi-mura Suga-mura," and "Kurihashi-machi" as "Kurihashi-machi Shizuka-mura Toyota-mura."
The item of the Koshigaya Summary Court in the same Table shall be amended as follows:

In the column of territorial jurisdiction of the Tokushima-ikeda Summary Court in the same Table, "In Nima-gun, Nishiiyayama-mura, Higashiiyayama-mura" shall be deleted, in the column of territorial jurisdiction of the Kochi Summary Court in the same Table, "Shinusamachi" shall be amended as "Nii-mura, Usamachi," and in the column of territorial jurisdiction of the Kubokawa Summary Court in the same Table, "Yotsu-mura" shall be amended as Okitsu-mura."
Supplementary Provisions:
1.　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
2.　Cases accepted by the old competent Courts prior to the enforcement of this Law shall be completed by the said Court.
