Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Establishment of Inferior Courts and their Territorial Jurisdiction
下級裁判所の設立及び管轄区域に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第六十三号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for the Establishment of Inferior Courts and their Territorial Jurisdiction (Law No.63 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
別表第四表名称の欄中「飫肥簡易裁判所」を「日南簡易裁判所」に、同表所在地の欄中「宮崎縣南那珂郡飫肥町」を「日南市」に、「北海道枝幸郡中頓別村」を「北海道枝幸郡中頓別町」に改める。
In the column of name of Annexed Table No.4, "Obi Summary Court" shall be amended as "Nichinan Summary Court," and in the column of locality of the same Table, "Obi-machi, Minaminaka-gun, Miyazaki Prefecture" shall be amended as "Nichinan City," and "Nakatombetsu-mura, Esashi-gun, Hokkaido" as "Nakatombetsu-machi, Esashi-gun, Hokkaido."
別表第五表川口簡易裁判所の管轄区域の欄中「谷塚町　草加町　新田村」並びに同表大宮簡易裁判所の管轄区域の欄中「春日部町」及び「武里村」を削り、同表久喜簡易裁判所の管轄区域の欄中「日勝村」を「日勝村　須賀村」に、「栗橋町」を「栗橋町　靜村　豐田村」に改める。

Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
２　この法律施行前に従前の管轄裁判所で受理した事件は、その裁判所で完結する。
2.　Cases accepted by the old competent Courts prior to the enforcement of this Law shall be completed by the said Court.
