Law for Partial Amendments to the Extraordinary Currency Law
The Extraordinary Currency Law (Law No.86 of 1938) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 2, "six grades as of 5 yen, 1 yen, 50 sen, 10 sen, 5 sen and 1 sen" shall be amended as "seven grades as of 10 yen, 5 yen, 1 yen, 50 sen, 10 sen, 5 sen and 1 sen."
In Article 3, "within the limits not exceeding one hundred yen in case of 5 yen temporary subsidiary coins," shall be amended as "within the limits not exceeding two hundred yen in case of 10 yen temporary subsidiary coins, one hundred yen in case of 5 yen temporary subsidiary coins," .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
