I hereby promulgate the Law concerning Transfer from the General Account for Appropriation for Liabilities in the Special Account for Demand and Supply Adjustment of Charcoal and Firewood.

Law concerning Transfer from the General Account for Appropriation for Liabilities in the Special Account for Demand and Supply Adjustment of Charcoal and Firewood
For appropriation for liabilities owed by the Special Account for Demand and Supply Adjustment of Charcoal and Firewood, the Government is authorized to make a transfer from the General Account to this Special Account up to the amount of 5,470,000,000 yen, with in the fiscal year 1949-50.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
