Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Exception to the Local Distribution Tax Law
Law concerning Exception to the Local Distribution Tax Law (Law No.45 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
' "33.14%" 'shall be amended as' "33.14%, of the yield" 'and "'16.29%" 'as' "66,687,518,000 yen of the yield" '.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
