I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Postal Services Special Account in the Fiscal Year 1949-50.

郵政事業特別会計の昭和二十四年度における歳入不足補てんのための一般会計からする繰入金に関する法律
Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Postal Services Special Account in the Fiscal Year 1949-50
１　政府は、郵政事業特別会計の歳入不足を補てんするために、昭和二十四年度において、一般会計から四億千二百七十一万七千円を限り、この会計に繰入金をすることができる。
The Government is authorized to transfer the amount not exceeding 412,717,000 yen from the General Account to the Postal Services Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said Special Account, in the Fiscal Year 1949-50.
２　政府は、前項の規定による繰入金については、後日郵政事業特別会計から、その繰入金に相当する金額に達するまでの金額を、予算の定めるところにより、一般会計に繰り入れなければならない。
With respect to the transfer prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the Government shall make the transfer from the Postal Services Special Account to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
