I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Diet Law.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Diet Law
The Diet Law (Law No.79 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 39, "Vice Minister of each Ministry" shall be amended as "Parliamentary Vice Minister" .
In Article 42, each item of paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
(1) Standing Committee for Cabinet.
(2) Standing Committee for Personnel Affairs.
(3) Standing Committee for Local Administration.
(4) Standing Committee for Judicial Affairs.
(5) Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs.
(6) Standing Committee for Finance.
(7) Standing Committee for Education.
(8) Standing Committee for Welfare.
(9) Standing Committee for Agriculture and Forestry.
(10) Standing Committee for Fishery.
(11) Standing Committee for International Trade and Industry.
(12) Standing Committee for Transportation.
(13) Standing Committee for Postal Services.
(14) Standing Committee for Telecommunications.
(15) Standing Committee for Labor.
(16) Standing Committee for Construction.
(17) Standing Committee for Economic Stabilization.
(18) Standing Committee for Budget.
(19) Standing Committee for Audit.
(20) Standing Committee for House Management.
(21) Standing Committee for Disciplinary Measures.
(22) Standing Committee for Library Management.
Article 43 paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows and paragraph 3 shall be deleted:
The qualified specialist shall receive adequate amount of remuneration.
The following proviso shall be added to Article 78 paragraph 1:,
provided that this shall not apply in cases where there is a decision of the Standing Committee for House Management.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
