Law for Partial Amendments to the Horse Racing Law
The Horse Racing Law (Law No.158 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1, "city" shall be amended as "city, town or village," and "designated city" shall be amended as "designated city, town or village."
In Article 20 paragraph 2, "designated city" shall be amended as "designated city, town or village."
In Article 21, "designated city" shall be amended as "designated city, town or village," and "mayor of the designated city" shall be amended as "mayor or headman of the designated city, town or village."
In Article 22, Article 23 paragraph 2, Article 25 paragraph 1 and Article 26 paragraph 1, "designated city" shall be amended as "designated city, town or village."
In Article 29, "Any official or employee of the designated city" shall be amended as "Any official or employee of the designated city, town or village," and "designated city" shall be amended as "designated city, town or village."
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
