I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Medical Practitioner Law and the Dentist Law.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Medical Practitioner Law and the Dentist Law
Article 1. A part of the Medical Practitioner Law (Law No.201 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
In Chap.4, the following Article shall be added next to Art.24:
Article 24-(2). The Minister of Welfare may, in case he considers that there may arises serious danger to public health and it is especially necessary for the purpose of preventing it, make necessary instructions to medical practitioners with regard to medical treatment or guidance of health.
2 The Minister of Welfare shall, in making instructions according to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, here beforehand the opinion of the Committee for the Medical Morality.
Article 2. A part of the Dentist Law (Law No.202 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
In Chap.4, the following Article shall be added next to Art.23:
Article 23-(2). The Minister of Welfare may, in case he cansiders that there may arises serious danger to public health and it is especially necessary for the purpose of preventing it, make necessary instructions to dentists with regard to dental treatment or guidance of health.
2 The Minister of Welfare shall, in making instructions according to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, hear beforehand the opinion of the Committee for the Medical Morality.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
