Law for the Partial Amendment to the Cabinet Order for Abolition of the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for Companies, etc.
A part of the Cabinet Order to abrogate the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for Companies, etc.(Cabinet Order No.402 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
In Arts.2 and 5 of Supplementary Provisions, "April 30" shall read "December 31" .
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
