Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for the Resources of Loans in the Special
１　政府は、開拓者資金融通法（昭和二十二年法律第六号）第一條の規定により貸し付ける貸付金の財源に充てるため、昭和二十四年度において、一般会計から、十五億千四百九万四千円を限り、開拓者資金融通特別会計に繰り入れることができる。
Account for the Finance for Farm Settlers The Government shall be authorized to make transfers from the General Account to the Special Account for the Finance for the Farm Settlers within the limit of 1,514,094,000 yen in the fiscal year 1949-50 for the resources of loans made in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Settlers'Fund Financing Law (Law No.6 of 1947).
２　政府は、前項の規定による繰入金については、後日開拓者資金融通特別会計から、その繰入金に相当する金額に達するまでの金額を、予算の定めるところにより、一般会計に繰り入れなければならない。
With respect to the transfers under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall after wards transfer the amount equivalent to the said transfers from the Special Account for the Finance for the Farm Settlers to the General Account as prescribed in the budget.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its Promulgation.
