Law for Partial Amendment to the Elimination of Excessive Concentration of Economic Power Law
The partial amendment to the Elimination of Excessive Concentration of Economic Power Law (Law No.207 of 1947) shall be made as follows:
In Article 26, "on or after September 1, 1948 and on or prior to December 31, 1948" shall be amended as "on or prior to June 30, 1949."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
