I hereby promulgate the Law amending a Part of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Law.

肥料配給公團令の一部を改正する法律
Law amending a Part of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordinance
肥料配給公團令（昭和二十二年勅令第百七十一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.171 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第一條第一項中「命令で定める肥料」を「命令で定める肥料及び緊急用農藥」に改める。
In Art.1, par.1, "such fertilizers as prescribed by Order" shall read "such fertilizers and emergency agricultural chemicals as prescribed by Order" .
第十三條中「肥料の生産」を「肥料若しくは農藥の生産」に改める。
In Art.13, "and production of fertilizer" shall read "and production of fertilizer or agricultural chemical" .
第十五條第一項第五号の次に左の一号を加え、同項第六号を第七号とする。
Next to Art.15, par.1, item 5, the following item shall be added and item 6 of the same paragraph shall he item 7:
六 緊急用農藥の買取、保管及び賣渡
6. Purchase, storage and sale of the emergency agricultural chemicals.
第二十條第二項及び第三項中「肥料の適正な配給」を「肥料又は緊急用農藥の適正な配給」に改める。
In Art.20, pars.2 and 3, "appropriate distribution of fertilizer" shall read "appropriate distribution of fertilizer and emergency agricultural chemical" .
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
