Law for Partial Amendments to the Law Relating to Yugen Kaisha, etc.
Article 1. The Law relating to Yugen Kaisha (Law No.74 of 1938) shall partially be amended as follows:
In Article 24 and Article 61, Paragraph 1, "Art.208, Par.1" shall read "Art.208."
In Article 67, Paragraph 2, "the total amount of the payment on shares" shall read "the total amount of capital."
Article 2. The Law of Procedure in Non-contentious Matters (Law No.14 of 1898) shall partially be amended as follows:
In Article 126, Paragraph 1, "the proviso to Article 214, Paragraph 1" shall be deleted and "and Article 374, Par.2," shall read "Article 374, Par.2 and Article 379, Par.1."
In Article 132-(3), "the proviso to Article 214, Paragraph 1" shall read "the proviso to Article 379, Paragraph 1" and "Article 379, Paragraph 2 and" shall be deleted.
Article 135-(43) to 135-(46) inclusive. Deleted.
In Article 138-(15), "Articles 135-(43) to 135-(46) inclusive" shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
In cases where prior to the enforcement of this Law a Yugen Kaisha has adopted a resolution for changing the organization prescribed in Article 67, Paragraph 1 of the Law relating to Yugen Kaisha, the old provisions of the said Law shall apply to the change of the organization.
As regards the cases where in accordance with the provisions of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law for Partial Amendments to the Commercial Code (Law No.148, 1948) the Commercial Code prior to its amendments shall apply, the old provisions of the Law of Procedure in Non-contentious Matters shall apply.
