I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendment to the Mail Law.

The following partial amendments shall be made to the Mail Law.
The following one paragraph shall be added to Article 13:
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Communications are authorized to prescribe by Ministerial Ordinance the rates of postal charges on foreign mails and the amounts of indemnity therefor not to exceed the rates and amounts established by treaties.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force on the tenth day counting from the date of its establishment.
