Article 1.　In case an Agricultural Cooperative Association or a Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Association receives a part of the properties or the transfer of the assets or accepts the obligations from a City, Town or Village Agricultural Association, a Metropolitan, Hokkaido or Prefectural Agricultural Association, or the National Agricultural Association in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, Article 6 or Article 7 of the Law concerning Liquidation of the Agricultural Organizations and others in consequence of the establishment of the Agricultural Cooperative Association Law (Law No.133 of 1947) no securities transfer tax shall be levied thereon.

Article 2.　In case an Agricultural Cooperative Association or a Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations receives rights concerning realty or vessel from a City, Town or Village Agricultural Association, a Metropolitan, Hokkaido or Prefectural Agricultural Association, or the National Agricultural Association in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, Article 6 or Article 7 of the Law concerning Liquidation of the Agricultural Organizations and others in consequence of the establishment of the Agricultural Cooperative Association Law (Law No.133 of 1947) the value of the realty or vessel to be registered on its Acquisition shall be the value in the book immediately before the transfer made by a City, Town or Village Agricultural Association a Metropolitan, Hokkaido or Prefectural Agricultural Association, or the National Agricultural Association.
