I hereby promulgate the Law amending a part of the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation.

Law amending a part of the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation
The following amendment shall be made to a part of Law No.182, 1947 (Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation):
In Article 4, paragraph 2, "150 yen" shall read "225 yen."
In Article 7, "300 yen" shall read "400 yen."
In Article 8, paragraph 1, "270 yen" shall read "800 yen" and "310 yen" shall read "1,000 yen."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and apply to the compensations to be properly granted on and after April 1, 1948.
