I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendments or the Local Autonomy Law in consequence of the Establishment of the Maritime Safety Board and others.

Law concerning the Partial Amendments of the Local Autonomy Law in consepuence of the Establishment of the Maritime Safety Board and others
Article 1. Part of the Local Autonomy Law (Law No.67 of 1947) shall hereby be revised as follows:
In Article 156, Paragraph 5, "navigational facilities, meteorological stations, hydrographic organs" shall read as "meteorological stations, institutions of aviation, and the base facilities, communications facilities, navigational aids and hydrographic organs under the jurisdiction of the Maritime Safety Board."
Article 2. Part of the Cabinet Order No.325 of 1947 (Cabinet Order concerning measures against the Second Demobilization Board and Local Demobilization Boards based upon the Orders issued in consequence of the acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration) shall be revised as follows:
Pars.5 to 7 inclusive shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply as from the day of the enforcement of the Maritime Safety Board Law (May 1, 1948).
