I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Special Treatment for the Imposition of Income Tax on the Tobacco Premiums issued by the Government.

政府が、昭和二十三年四月一日から、同年五月十五日までの間において、製造煙草の購入者に対して発行する福引券の当せん金については、所得税を課さない。
Income tax shall not be imposed on the Tobacco Premiums which are issued in the period between April 1 and May 15, 1948, by the Government to the purchasers of the manufactured tobacco.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
