I hereby promulgate the Law concerning partial amendment to the Temporary Demand and Supply Adjustment Law.

Article 1.　A part of the Temporary Demand and Supply Adjustment Law shall be amended as follows:
Article 3-(2).　The competent Mimister may, when deemed specially necessary, delegate a part of his authority under this Law to the heads of the local public bodies.
"April 1, 1948" in the Supplementary Provisions shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 2.　A part of the Petroleum Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 30 shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 3.　A part of the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 32 shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 4.　A part of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Order shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 32 shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 5.　A part of the Liquor Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 6.　A part of the Grocery Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 31 shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 7.　A part of the Foodstuffs Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 32 shall be "April 1, 1949."
Article 8.　A part of the Oil and Fats Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
"April 1, 1948" in Paragraph 1, Article 31 shall be "April 1, 1949."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
