審議経過

朕は、昭和二十二年法律第四十六号日本銀行法の一部を改正する等の法律の一部の施行期日を定める勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance fixing the date of enforcement of a part of the Law No. 46 of 1947 revising a part of the Bank of Japan Law and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 201
昭和二十二年法律第四十六号中日本銀行法第十六條、第三十九條、第四十條及び第四十七條の改正規定並びに附則第二項乃至第十二項の規定は、日本國憲法施行の日から、これを施行する。
The revised provisions of Articles 16, 39, 40 and 47 of the Bank of Japan Law, in the Law No. 46, 1947, as well as the provisions of paragraphs 2 to 12 of the Supplementary Provisions inclusive shall come into force as from the day of the enforcement of the Constitution of Japan.
