朕は、官立專門学校官制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments for the Regulations governing the Organization of Government Colleges, and cause the same to be promulgated.

官立專門学校官制の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Goverment Colleges shall be revised as follows:
別表第一盛岡農林專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「二十八人」を「二十九人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十七人」を「十八人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「五人」を「六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Morioka Agricultural College shall be amended as follows: "28" to "29" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "17" to "18" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructor and "5" to "6" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表鹿兒島農林專門学校の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「七人」を「八人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Kagaoshima Agricultural College shall be amended as follows: "7" to "8" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表上田纖維專門学校、東京纖維專門学校及び京都纖維專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「二十六人」を「二十七人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十七人」を「十八人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Ueda, Tokyo and Kyoto Textill Colleges shall respectively be amended as follows: "26" to "27" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors and "17" to "18" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors.
同表三重農林專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「二十六人」を「二十七人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十五人」を「十六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Mie Agricultural and Forestry College shall be amended as follows: "26" to "27" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors and "15" to "16" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors.
同表宇都宮農林專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「三十四人」を「三十五人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「二十人」を「二十一人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「五人」を「六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Utsunomiya Agricultural and Forestry College shall be amended as follows: "34" to "35" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "20" to "21" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors and "5" to "6" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表岐阜農林專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「三十人」を「三十三人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十九人」を「二十一人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「七人」を「八人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Gifu Agricultural and Forestry College shall be amended as follows: "30" to "33" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "19" to "21" in the column of the 3rd grade Education Ministry instructors and "7" to "8" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表宮崎農林專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「二十五人」を「二十七人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十五人」を「十六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Miyazaki Agircultural and Forestry College shall be changed as follows: "25" to "27" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors and "15" to 16" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors.
同表千葉農業專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「十五人」を「十六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Chiba Agricultural College shall be amended as follows: "15" to "16" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors.
同表東京農林專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「二十七人」を「二十八人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「六人」を「七人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Tokyo Agricultural and Forestry College shall be amended as follows: "27" tƒÍ "28" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors and "6" to "7" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表帶廣農業專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「十五人」を「十八人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十人」を「十二人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「五人」を「六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Obihiro Agricultural College shall be amended as follows: "15" to "18" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "10" to "11" in the column of the 3rd calss Education Ministry instructors and "5" to "6" in the column of Education Ministry secretaries.
同表山口経済專門学校の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「六人」を「七人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Yamaguchi Economic College, shall be amended as follows: "6" to "7" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表彥根経済專門学校及び和歌山経済專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「十人」を「十六人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「二人」を「四人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「二人」を「六人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Hikone and Wakayama Colleges shall be amended as follows: "10" to "16" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "2" to "4" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructor and "2" to "6" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
靑森医学專門学校及び松本医学專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「二十一人」を「二十四人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「三十人」を「三十二人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「七人」を「八人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Aomori and Matsumoto Medical Colleges shall be amended as follows: "21" to "24" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "30" to "32" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors and "7" to "8" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Kyoto Technical College shall be amended as follows: "50" to "53" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instrucotrs and "31" to "32" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Nagoya Technical College shall be amended as follows: "59" to "52" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "37" to "32" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors and "10" to "11" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Meiji Techinical College shall be amended as follows: "50" to "51" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Tokyo Technical College shall be amended as follows: "48" to "52" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "46" to "47" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors and "13" to "15" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Hakodate Fisheries College shall be amended as follows: "33" to "37" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "21" to "23" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors and "8" to "9" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Kagoshima Fisheries College shall be amended as follows: "12" to "17" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "10" to "14" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors; "3" to "5" in column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries, and "one" shall be added in the column of the 2nd class Education Ministry secretaries.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Tokyo Foreign Affairs College shall be amended as follows: "39" to "40" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors and "7" to "8" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors.

The clause in Table 1 in relation to Osaka Foreign Affairs College shall be amended as follows: "28" to "29" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors.
同表東京医学歯学專門学校の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「三十八人」を「三十三人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「五十人」を「四十二人」に、同項文部事務官の三級の欄中「十七人」を「十五人」に、同項文部技官の三級の欄中「十二人」を「十人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Tokyo Medical and Dental College shall be amended as follows: "38" to "33" in the column of professors who are Education Ministry instructors; "50" to "42" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry instructors; "17" to "15" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries and "12" to "10" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry technicians.
同表東京美術学校の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「六人」を「七人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Tokyo Academy of Arts shall be amended as follows: "6" to "7" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.
同表東京音樂学校の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「七人」を「八人」に改める。
The clause in Table 1 in relation to Tokyo Academy of Music shall be amended as follows: "7" to "8" in the column of the 3rd class Education Ministry secretaries.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
