I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 9 of 1923 relating to the classification of charges for the prevention of infectious diseases of domestic animals and relating to cattle tuberculosis prophylaxis, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 153
The partial amendments to the Imperial Ordinance No. 9 of 1923 shall be made as follows:
In 1, item 5, "and the preparation and distribution of 'tuberculin'" shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
