I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance prescribing the maximum amount of the allowances to be granted pursuant to the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Diseases of Domestic Animals, the Law relating to Cattle Tuberculosis Prophylaxis and the Law No. 9 of 1929, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 152
The maximum amount of the allowances to be granted pursuant to the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Diseases of Domestic Animals, the Law relating to Cattle Tuberculosis Prophylaxis and the Law No. 9 of 1929 shall be prescribed as follows:
1. The allowances granted pursuant to the provisions of Art. 24 of the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals.
(1) In case of par. 1, item 1
Cattle, horses 3,000 yen per head
Sheep, goats 500 yen per head
Fowl, ducks 33 yen per head
(2) In case of item 2 of the same paragraph
Cattle, horses 5,400 yen per head
Sheep, goats 900 yen per head
Fowl, ducks 60 yen per head
(3) In case of item 3 of the same paragraph
Cattle, horses 7,200 yen per head
Sheep, goats 1,200 yen per head
Fowl, ducks 80 yen per head
(4) In case of item 4 of the same paragraph
Cattle, horses 3,000 yen per head
Sheep, goats 500 yen per head
(5) In case of item 5 of the same paragraph
(6) In case of Art. 24, par. 2 of the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals
One half of the maximum amount prescribed in (2), (3) and (5)
2. The allowances granted pursuant to the provisions of Art. 13 of the Law relating to Cattle Tuberculosis Prophylaxis.
(1) Cattle 4,500 yen per head
(2) Articles 100 yen for all articles
3. The allowances granted pursuant to the provisions of Art. 2, par. 1 of the Law No. 9 of 1929.
Horses 3,600 yen per head
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947.
The Imperial Ordinance No. 8 of 1923, the Imperial Ordinance No. 125 of 1921 and the Imperial Ordinance No. 207 of 1929 shall be repealed.
