I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Marine Products Control Ordinance and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 142
水產物統制令の一部を次のように改正する。
The following partial amendments shall be made to the provisions of the Marine Products Control Ordinance:
第三條及第四條 削除
Articles 3 and 4 shall be deleted.
第七條乃至第九條中「水產物」を「鮮魚介以外ノ水產物」に改める。
In Arts. 7 to 9, "marine products" shall read "marine products other than fresh fish and shellfish."
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
