I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 468 of 1940 (concerning Ordinances, etc. in accordance with the provisions of Art. 20, par. 1 of the Japan Agricultural Products Export Company Law), and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 138
Part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 468 of 1940 shall be amended as follows:
In Art. 1, "Minister of Agriculture and Commerce" shall read "Minister of Agriculture and Forestry," and the caption of the same Article shall be deleted.
Arts. 2 to 4 inclusive shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
