審議経過

朕は、明治四十四年勅令第二百九十六号電氣計器の公差、檢定及び檢定手数料に関する件の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance amending a part of Imperial Ordinance No. 296 of 1911 concerning the common difference, authorization and authorization fee of electric metering instrument and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 120
明治四十四年勅令第二百九十六号の一部を次のように改正する。
The Imperial Ordinance No. 296 of 1911 shall be partly amended as follows:
第七條第一項を次のように改める。
The provisions of paragraph 1, Article 7 shall be amended as follows:
積算電氣計器、最大需用表示器又ハ最大需用表示裝置若ハ之ニ類スル裝置ヲ附加シタル積算電氣計器ノ型式承認又ハ檢定ノ申請ヲ爲ス者ハ左ノ區別ニ從ヒ手數料ヲ納付スヘシ
The applicant for approval of the type or authorization of computation electric metering instrument, maximum demand indicater or computation electric metering instrument attached with maximum demand indicating equipment or equipment alike shall pay fee therefor in compliance with the following classifications:
一　型式承認ノ申請ヲ爲ストキ　一件ニ付　金千圓
1.　In case of application for approval of type:　　¥ 1,000.00 per one case
二　承認シタル型式ノ主要部分ニ非サル部分ヲ變更シテ更ニ型式承認ノ申請ヲ爲ストキ　一件ニ付　金三百圓
2.　In case of application for renewed approval of type after applying alteration to the part other than the main part of the type already approved:　　¥ 300.00 per one case
三　第二條第一項ノ檢定ノ申請ヲ爲ストキ
3.　In case of application for authorization prescribed under paragraph 1, Article 2:
甲　基本手數料
A.　Basic fee:
イ　積算電氣計器及最大需用表示器　一箇ニ付　金十圓
a)　Computation electric metering instrument and maximum demand indicater:　　¥ 10.00 per piece
ロ　最大需用表示裝置又ハ之ニ類スル裝置ヲ附加シタル積算電氣計器　一箇ニ付　金二十圓
b)　Computation electric metering instrument attached with maximum demand indicating equipment or equipment alike:　　¥ 20.00 per piece
乙　電氣計器ノ定格電流及定格電壓ニ依リ左ノ手數料ヲ附加ス
B.　Additional fee shall be paid in complance with the rated amperage and the rated voltage of electric metering instrument as follows:
イ　定格電流ニ依ル附加手數料
a)　Additional fee in accordance with the rated current:
三十「アンペア」以下ノモノ　金五圓
Below 30 ampere　¥ 5.00
百「アンペア」以下ノモノ　金十圓
Below 100 ampere　¥ 10.00
五百「アンペア」以下ノモノ　金三十圓
Below 500 ampere　¥ 30.00
千「アンペア」以下ノモノ　金五十圓
Below 1,000 ampere　¥ 50.00
千「アンペア」ヲ超過スルモノニ在リテハ千「アンペア」及超過分千「アンペア」又ハ其ノ端數ヲ增ス每ニ　金五十圓
For those exceeding 1,000 ampere, ¥ 50.00 for the first 1,000 ampere and for each 1,000 ampere exceeding the first 1,000 ampere or any odd number.　
ロ　定格電壓ニ依ル附加手數料
b)　Additional fee in accordance with the rated voltage:
三百「ヴオルト」ヲ超過シ三千五百「ヴオルト」以下ノモノ　金三十圓
Over 300 volt but less than 3,500 volt　¥ 30.00
七千「ヴオルト」以下ノモノ　金五十圓
Below 7,000 volt　¥ 50.00
七千「ヴオルト」ヲ超過スルモノニ在リテハ七千「ヴオルト」及超過分一萬「ヴオルト」又ハ其ノ端數ヲ增ス每ニ　金五十圓
For those exceeding 7,000 volt ¥ 50.00 for the first 7,000 volt and for each 10,000 volt exceeding the first 7,000 volt or any odd number.　
四　第二條第二項ノ檢定ノ申請ヲ爲ストキ
4.　In case of application for authorization prescribed under paragraph 2, Article 2:
甲　基本手數料　前號甲ノ手數料ノ三倍
A.　Basic fee　Three times of the fee of (A) of the preceding clause
乙　附加手數料　前號乙ノ手數料ニ同ジ
B.　Additional fee　Same as the fee of (B) of the preceding clause
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
