朕は、牡馬の去勢料に関する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Castration Fee of the Male Horse and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第五十七號
Imperial Ordinance No. 57
馬匹去勢法による牡馬の去勢を受ける者は、去勢料を納付しなければならない。
Any person who applies for castration of his male horse pursuant to the Horse Castration Law shall pay a castration fee.
去勢料は一頭につき六十円とする。
A castration fee shall be sixty yen per head.
去勢料は、收入印紙を以てこれを納めなければならない。
A castration fee shall be paid by a revenue stamp.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
