I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of Organization of Temporary Officials Establishment in Welfare Ministry, and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following amendments are made to a part of Organization of Temporary Officials Establishment in Welfare Ministry:
In Article 3 concerning the secretaries "Regular 2 persons" shall read "Regular 4 persons."
Supplementary Probision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
