審議経過

朕は、漁業手數料令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the partial amendment of the Regulations concerning Fishery Commission Fee and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 12
漁業手数料令の一部を次のように改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations concerning Fishery Commission Fee:
第一條中「六円」を「六十円」に、「十円」を「百円」に、「四円」を「四十円」に、「二円五十銭」を「二十五円」に、「二円」を「二十円」に、「三円五十銭」を「三十五円」に、「一円」を「十円」に、「五円」を「五十円」に、「十銭」を「一円」に、「五十銭」を「五円」に、「三十銭」を「三円」に改める。
In Article 1, concerning fishery commission fees "¥6" shall read "¥60"; "¥10," "¥100"; "¥4," "¥40"; "¥2,50," "¥25"; "¥2," "¥20"; "¥3,50," "¥35"; "¥1," "¥10"; "¥5," "¥50"; "¥0,10," "¥1"; "¥0,50," "¥5"; and "¥0,30," "¥3"; respectively.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令施行前の出願又は申請の手数料については、なお從前の金額による。
The commission fees for applications or requests made before the enforcement of this Ordinance shall be as heretofore.
