I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 7
The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials:
In Article 1, "38 persons full-time" shall read "42 persons full-time"; "61 persons full-time" shall read "67 persons full-time"; "2 persons full-time" shall read "3 persons full-time"; and "18 persons full-time" shall read "48 persons full-time," respectively.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
