I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendments to the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan Law.

配炭公團法の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
第一條第一項中「コークス」を「コークス（半成コークスを含む。以下同じ。）」に、「別表第一に掲げる亞炭」を「別表第一に掲げる亞炭及び亞炭コークス」に改める。
In Art.1, Par.1, "Coke" shall read "Coke (inclusive of semi-coke, the same shall apply hereinafter)," and "lignite enumerated in the Annexed Table No.1" shall read "lignite and lignite-coke enumerated in the Annexed Table No.1."
別表第一中「發熱量三、五〇〇カロリー以上の亞炭」を「亞炭及び亞炭コークス（泥炭その他主務大臣が指定する亞炭及び亞炭コークスを除く。）」に改める。
In the Annexed Table No.1, "Such ligrnte as having heat power of more than 3,500 calories" shall read "lignite and lignite-cake (exclusive of peat and other lignite and lignite-coke designated by the competent Minister)."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
