I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendment of the Financial Institutions Reconstruction and Reorganization Law.

Part of the Financial Institutions Reconstruction and Reorganization Law shall be amended as follows:
In Items 3 and 8, Paragraph 1, Article 24, "shareholders" shall read "shareholders of the capital stock."
Article26-(2).　With regard to a financial institution of which capital has been increased with the sanction of the competent Minister, by virtue of the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Emergency Measures for the Account of Financial Institutions Law, the capital prescribed in Item 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 13, Items 3 and 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 24, Item 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 25 and Paragraphs 1 and 7 of Article 26 shall not include the increased capital.
The provisions of Paragraphs from 2 to 6 inclusive and Paragraph 8 of the preceding Article shall not be applied to financial institutions under the preceding paragraph.
In case where the financial institution prescribed in Paragraph 1, is that provided in Paragraph 1 of Article 57 and a member or partner of the financial institution concerned becomes non member or non partner having paid the definite loss corresponding to the whole amount of investment in accordance with the provisions of Article 24, he may receive facilities which are given to members or partners of the financial institutions concerned such as making a loan use of installations, etc., during six months only starting after the disappearance of distinction between the new account and the old account.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
