I hereby promulgate the Law for the Repeal of the Shipping Association Law.

The Shipping Association Law shall be repealed.
Supplementary Provisions:
The day of the enforcement of this Law shall be designated by a Cabinet Order.
As to the liquidation of and taxation on the Shipping Associations and the Federation of Shipping Associations and the application of penal provisions of the Shipping Association Law to such acts as have violated the provisions of the same Law prior to the enforcement of this Law, the former Law shall remain in force even after the enforcement of this Law.
