I hereby give My sanction to the Law concerning the partial amendment to the Reconversion Finance Bank Law for which the concurrence of the Imperial Diet has been obtained, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Law No.48
Part of the Reconversion Finance Bank Law shall be amended as follows:
In Article 3 and Article 4, paragraph 1, \10,000,000,000 shall read \25,000,000,000.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
