I hereby give, with the advice of the Privy Council, My sanction to the Ordinance regarding the amendment of the Imperial Family Lineage Ordinance, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Household Ordinance No. 28
皇統譜令中左ノ通改正ス
The following amendment shall be made to the Imperial Family Lineage Ordinance:
第三十一條中「王」ヲ「内親王王女王」ニ改ム
In Article31, "O" shall read "Naishinno, O, or Jo-o."
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into effect as from the day of its promulgation.
