We hereby give Our Sanction to the Ordinance for the Amendment of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Imperial Forestry and Estates Bureau and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Household Ordinance No. 23
The following amendment is made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Imperial Forestry and Estates Bureau:
"Kanaya-machi, Haibara-gun" in the list,annexed to the Regulations, of the names and locations of the local offices of the Imperial Forestry and Estates Bureau shall be altered to "Hamamatsu-shi."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the date of its promulgation.
