審議経過

朕は、國民学校敎員及び國民学校養護敎員の資格の特例に関する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning "the Authorized Exceptions in regard to the Qualifications of the Elementary School Teacher and Teacher Nurse" and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 630
內地以外の地域においてのみ効力を有する國民学校敎員免許狀又は國民学校養護訓導免許狀を有する者及び內地以外の地域においてのみ國民学校敎員又は國民学校養護訓導の資格を有する者は、文部大臣の定めるところにより、國民学校令第十八條第三項又は第四項の規定により授與された國民学校敎員免許狀又は國民学校養護敎員免許狀を有する者とみなす。
Those who have the elementary school teacher's or teacher nurse's certificate effective only in the territories outside Japan proper and those who have the qualification of the elementary school teacher or teacher nurse effective only in the territories outside Japan proper, shall henceforth be regarded, according to the regulations set up by the Minister of Education, as having the certificate of the elementary school teacher or teacher nurse granted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 or 4, Article 18 of the Elementary School Ordinance.
前項の規定は、昭和二十年八月十五日まで引き続き內地以外の地域にある國民学校職員の職に在つた者又は國民学校職員として休職中であつた者で、同日以後內地に引き揚げた者に限り、これを適用する。
The provision of the above paragraph shall, however, apply only to those who were in the position of elementary school teacher in the territories outside Japan proper until August 15, 1945 without a break or those elementary school teachers who were suspended from office and who have been repatriated since that date.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
