朕は、司法部內臨時職員設置制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 610
司法部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to par of the Regulations governing the Provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials:
第一條中「專任三十七人」を「專任三十八人」に、「專任五十九人」を「專任六十一人」に改める。
In Article 1, "37 Persons (full time)" shall read "38 Persons (full time)," and "59 Persons (full time)" shall read "61 Persons (full time)."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
