審議経過

朕は、手形証明手数料に関する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning Commission for Authenticating Bills and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第五百八十五号
Imperial Ordinance No. 585 The Imperial Ordinance concerning Commission for Authenticating Bills
第一條　貿易廳に対し、手形が、貿易物資の製造、買入等貿易に関し、振り出されたことの証明の申請をなす者は、左に揭げる手数料を貿易廳に納めなければならない。
Article 1.　Any person who applies to and receive from the Board of Trade the certificate for the bill being drawn for the purpose of manufacture or purchase, etc. of foreign trade goods shall pay to the Board of Trade either one of the following certificate fees:
一　一覽拂又は振出の日から滿期の日までの期間が、三箇月以下の手形については、その手形金額の二千分ノ一に相當する金額
1.　In case the bill is payable at sight or runs three months or shorter term, 0.05% of the face value of the bill.
二　前号以外の手形については、その手形金額の千分の一に相当する金額
2.　In case of other bills, 0.1% of the face value of the bill.
第二條　前條に規定する手数料は、日本銀行に対し、これを拂い込まなければならない。
Article 2.　The fee provided for in the preceding Article is to be paid to the Bank of Japan.
前項の手数料收入は、貿易資金特別会計の歲入とする。
The fee shall be counted into the revenue of the Foreign Trade Special Account.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十一年十二月三日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall be enforced as from December 3, 1946.
