朕は、株式等評價委員會官制を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Regulations governing the Organization of the Securities Appraisal Committee and cause the same to be promulgated.

Regulations governing the Organization of the Securities Appraisal Committee
第一條　株式等評價委員會は、中央株式等評價委員會及び地方株式等評價委員會とする。
Article 1.　The Securities Appraisal Committee is composed of the Central Securities Appraisal Committee and the Local Securities Appraisal Committee.
中央株式等評價委員會は、大藏大臣の監督に屬し、その諮問に應じ、財產稅法施行規則第二十四條第四項の規定によりその權限に屬せしめられた事項を調查審議する。
The Central Securities Appraisal Committee is under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Finance, and when referred to by the Minister of Finance, investigates and deliberates upon the matters coming within its jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of Article 24, paragraph 4 of the Capital Levy Law Enforcement Regulations.
地方株式等評價委員會は、財務局長の監督に屬し、その諮問に應じ、財產稅法施行規則第二十四條第四項の規定によりその權限に屬せしめられた事項を調查審議する。
The Local Securities Appraisal Committee is under the jurisdiction of the Director of the Local Financial Bureau, and when referred to by the Director of the Local Financial Bureau, investigates and deliberates upon the matters within its jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of Article 24, paragraph 4 of the Capital Levy Law Enforcement Regulations.
第二條　中央株式等評價委員會は、大藏省に、これを置く。
Article 2.　The Central Securities Appraisal Committee is established in the Ministry of Finance.
地方株式等評價委員會は、財務局ごとに、これを置く。
The Local Securities Appraisal Committee is established in each Local Financial Bureau.
第三條　中央株式等評價委員會は、會長一人及び委員二十人以內で、これを組織する。
Article 3.　The Central Securities Appraisal Committee is composed of the Chairman and members of the Committee, not exceeding twenty in number.
地方株式等評價委員會は、會長一人及び委員三十人以內で、これを組織する。
The Local Securities Appraisal Committee is composed of the Chairman and members of the Committee, not exceeding thirty in number.
專門の事項を調查させるため、中央株式等評價委員會に專門委員を置くことができる。
A specialists' committee may be appointed in the Central Securities Appraisal Committee to investigate special matters.
第四條　中央株式等評價委員會の會長は、大藏大臣を以て、地方株式等評價委員會の會長は、財務局長を以て、これに充てる。
Article 4.　The Minister of Finance is appointed Chairman of the Central Securities Appraisal Committee and the Director of the Local Financial Bureau to be Chairman of the Local Securities Appraisal Committee.
第五條　中央株式等評價委員會の委員は、關係各廳の一級の官吏、貴族院議員、衆議院議員及び學識經驗ある者の中から、大藏大臣の奏請により、內閣でこれを命ずる。
Article 5.　The members of the Central Securities Appraisal Committee are appointed by the Cabinet from among the first class secretarial officials of each Ministry concerned, members of the House of Peers, members of the House of Representatives and men of scholarship or experience, through the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.
地方株式等評價委員會の委員は、關係各廳の一級又は二級の官吏、衆議院議員及び學識經驗ある者の中から、大藏大臣の奏請により、內閣でこれを命ずる。
The members of the Local Securities Appraisal Committee are appointed by the Cabinet from among the first or second class secretarial officials of each office concerned, members of the House of Representatives and men of scholarship or experience through the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.
專門委員は、關係各廳の一級の官吏及び學識經驗ある者の中から、大藏大臣の奏請により、內閣でこれを命ずる。
A specialists' committee is appointed from among the first class secretarial officials of each Ministry concerned and men of scholarship or experience, through the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.
第六條　會長は、會務を總理する。
Article 6.　The Chairman presides over the business of the Committee.
會長に事故があるときは、中央株式等評價委員會に於ては、大藏大臣の指名する委員、地方株式等評價委員會においては、財務局長の指名する委員が、その職務を代理する。
When the Chairman is absent from his post for some reason in the case of the Central Securities Appraisal Committee, a member nominated by the Minister of Finance and in the case of the Local Securities Appraisal Committee a member nominated by the Director of the Local Financial Bureau, shall act on behalf of the Chairman with regard to this business.
第七條　委員會に幹事を置く。
Article 7.　Secretaries are appointed in the Committee.
中央株式等評價委員會の幹事は、關係各廳の一級又は二級の官吏の中から、大藏大臣の奏請により、內閣でこれを命じ、地方株式等評價委員會の幹事は、大藏部內の二級の官吏の中から、大藏大臣がこれを命ずる。
The secretaries of the Central Securities Appraisal Committee are appointed by the Cabinet from among the first or second class secretarial officials of each Ministry concerned, through the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the secretaries of the Local Securities Appraisal Committee are appointed by the Minister of Finance from among the second or third class secretarial officials of the Ministry of Finance.
幹事は、會長の指揮を受け、庶務を整理する。
The secretaries dispose of general affairs under the direction of the Chairman.
第八條　委員會に書記を置く。
Article 8.　Clerks are appointed in the Committee.
中央株式等評價委員會の書記は、大藏省の二級又は三級の官吏の中から、大藏大臣がこれを命じ、地方株式等評價委員會の書記は、財務局の二級又は三級の官吏の中から、財務局長がこれを命ずる。
The clerks of the Central Securities Appraisal Committee are appointed by the Minister of Finance from among the second or third class secretarial officials of the Ministry of Finance and the secretaries of the Local Securities Appraisal Committee are appointed by the Director of the Local Financial Bureau from among the second or third class secretarial officials of the Ministry of Finance.
書記は、上司の指揮を受け、庶務に從事する。
The clerks attend to general affairs under the direction of their superiors.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
