I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Enforcement of the Law of Special Account for the Capital Levy Revenues, etc., and cause the same to be promulgated.

This twenty-sixth day of the eleventh month of the twenty-first year of Showa (November 26, 1946)
The Law of Special Account for the Capital Levy Revenues, etc., shall come into force as from November 28, 1946; this shall be applied to the receipts after October 30, 1946.
