I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance designating the date of Enforcement of the provisions of Art. 9 of the Law concerning the partial amendments, to the Income Tax Law, etc., Law No. 14 of 1946 and cause the same to be promulgated.

The provision of Art. 9 of the Law No. 14 of 1946 shall come into force as from December. 1, 1946.
