審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二号ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基き昭和二十一年勅令第三百十二号（同年勅令第百一号政党、協会その他の團体の結成に関する件の一部を改正する勅令）の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Imperial Ordinance No. 312 (concerning the partial amendment of the Imperial Ordinance No. 101 of 1946) of 1946 under the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 concerning the Orders to be issued in consequence of Our Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 570
昭和二十一年勅令第三百十二号の一部を次のように改正する。
The following amendment is made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 312 of the 1946:
附則第四項中「第百一號」の下に「第三條、」を加える。
Next to "No. 101" in paragraph 4 of Supplementary Provisions, "Article 3" shall be added.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
