I hereby give My Sanction, in conformity with the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of the 20th year of Showa (1945) concerning the Orders to be issued in consequence of the acceptance of Potsdam Declaration, to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the abolition of the Regulations of Military Electric Communications, etc., and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following Laws and Imperial Ordinances are abolished:
The Regulations of Military Electric Communications.
The Law of Summary Decision of Crimes committed by the Military Men and the Civilians attached to the Army.
The Law of Criminal Liaison Method.
The Imperial Ordinance No. 19, 1904.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
