審議経過

朕は、經濟再建整備に關する法律の施行に關する大藏大臣主管事務の所掌部局等に關する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning Bureaus and Departments, etc. in charge of affairs under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Finance regarding the enforcement of the Laws concerning Economic Reconstruction and Readjustment, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 544
第一條　會社經理應急措置法及び企業再建整備法の施行に關する事務で大藏大臣の權限に屬せしめられたものは、大藏省理財局において、これを掌る。
Article 1.　Affairs which were under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Finance concerning the enforcement of the Emergency Measures of Company's Account Law and the Enterprises Reconstruction and Reorganization Law, shall be managed by the Financial Bureau of the Ministry of Finance.
金融緊急措置令の施行に關する事務竝びに金融機關經理應急措置法及び金融機關再建整備法の施行に關する事務で大藏大臣の權限に屬せしめられたものは、大藏省銀行局において、これを掌る。
Affairs concering the enforcement of the Emergency Financial Mersures Ordinance and the affairs under the jurisdiction of the Finance Minister concerning the enforcement of the Law regarding the Emergency Measures for Account of Financial Institutions and the Law regarding Reconstruction and Reorganization of Financial Institutions, shall be managed by the Bank Bureau of the Ministry of Finance.
第二條　大藏大臣は、左に揭げる事務の一部を、財務局に分掌させることができる。
Article 2.　The Finance Minister may delegate to the Financial Bureaus, a part of the following affairs:
一　會社經理應急措置法及び企業再建整備法の施行に關する事務
1.　Affairs concerning the enforcement of the Law regarding the Emergency Measures for Account of Financial Institution and the Law regarding Reconstruction and Reorganization of Enterprises.
二　金融緊急措置令、金融機關經理應急措置法及び金融機關再建整備法の施行に關する事務
2.　Affairs concerning the enforcement of Emergency Financial Measures Ordinance, the Law regarding the Emergency Measures for Account of Financial Institutions Reconstruction and the Law regarding the Emergency and Reorganization of Financial Institutions.
三　一般會計及び特別會計の豫算決算に關する調査に關する事務
3.　Affairs concerning the institution of estimate and Settlement of general account and special accounts of national budget.
第三條　前條に規定する事務の一部を分掌させるため、各財務局管內須要の地に、臨時に、財務局の地方部を置く。
Article 3.　At the necessary places in the jurisdiction of Regional Financial Bureaus, the Local Office of the Regional Financial Bureaus, shall be temporarily established, to manage a part of affairs mentioned in the preceding Article.
前項に規定するものの外、大藏大臣は、必要に應じ、財務局の事務の一部を、地方部に分掌させることができる。
The Financial Minister, if necessary, may delegate to the Local Offices, a part of affairs of the Regional Financial Bureaus, beside the affairs mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
地方部の位置、名稱及び管轄區域は、大藏大臣が、これを定める。
The name, location, and area under jurisdiction of a Local Office shall be decided by the Minister of Finance.
地方部長は、二級の大藏事務官を以て、これに充てる。
The Chief of the Local Office shall be a Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of second class.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
