I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Ordinance No. 238 of the 10th year of Taisho (1921) (Ordinance regarding Article IX of the Customs Tariff Law), and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 489
The following amendments are made to a part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 238 of the 10th year of Taisho (1921) (Ordinance regarding Article IX of the Customs Tariff Law):
The following Item shall be added to Article II.
7. Oils
a) Ground nut oil Ground nut
a. Unshelled per 100 kin \ 1.68
b. Others per 100 kin \ 2.43
b) Rapeseed oil or Mustard oil Rapeseed or Mustard seed per 100 kin \ 1.14
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
